PiciScan is a scanning service and we will reproduce these for the purposes of allowing you to make use of digital copies. However, we will not share these reproductions with any third-party unless you have give us permission to do so.

Once we have returned your photographic materials or videos to you, we will keep a copy of them on our computer system for up to two months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. This will allow you time to have another copy made of your disc in case you lose the original.
All your scanned images will be uploaded to a secure location at piciscan.livedrive.com. Once your scans have been successfully uploaded, you be emailed details of how to access your online backup, should you require it. If you wish to keep your scanned images private, we do not recommend that you share your username and password with anyone.
By ordering scanning services through this website, you consent to PiciScan keeping a record of your contact information and any purchases you make. The contact information we will require in order for us to complete your order will be: Name; Telephone number (mobile, work or home); Address including postcode (work and/or home); Email address. The short answer is: to take payment for your order.
If you decide to pay for your order prior to sending us your slides, photos, or negatives for scanning, you will enter your credit/debit card information into the secure payment portal provided by SagePay. SagePay will not store your credit/debit card number or any other information on their servers and do not share this information with us.
If you decide you would like to receive an invoice following the completion of your order, we can take payment over the telephone, or at the office, using a StreamLine card-machine. Once the payment has been completed, we do not keep any record of credit/debit card numbers.
PiciScan also makes use of Google Conversion Tracking. This monitors the success or otherwise of our online marketing campaigns by checking to see if a customer makes a purchase after having clicked on one of our ads across the internet. This is achieved by placing a small amount of code on the Thank-you page, once you have completed your order. No personally identifiable data is passed on to or collected by Google in our use of Conversion Tracking. If you would like more information, either click the link above, or email us.
