We scan at high resolutions...
...to give you the best level of detail we can
First, the science bit. These are the resolutions we usually scan your memories at: dpi standards for dots per inch. Photos are scanned at 600 dpi. 35mm slides and negatives are scanned at 2400 dpi. Medium format slides and negatives are scanned at 1200 dpi.
What those numbers mean is that should you wish, you can print your memories at up to A4 in size without any loss of quality. If you want to print your memories larger, just let us know: we should be able to handle it.
Even if you never decide to print anything off, you'll be able to view your memories on any larger screen monitor in crisp detail. Your old analogue memories will be reproduced as a digital photo with at least 8 megapixels.
